Actually dropping of tip price of by us consumers not the ktv. Why? Because we consumers can control ourselves just for 1 to 2 month by not going the ktv sure the owner will think way of getting back the customers. So the best way is dropping tip and give promotion.

Is that case why tip the mummy. They collect money they need do the job and take care the customer. If not tip them for what. Nothings is free in this world

Not so sure abt the HC at level 3. Been there a few times just after CB where they secretly opened cuz I know the mami. They used to own galaxy until they sold it off to new owners a few mths ago. Place has a hall and rooms also though I’m not sure if hall is cheaper. Girls are fresh and just brought in from vietnam so don’t expect wild playability which I prefer cuz when manage to up is like a feeling of achievement. Heheh.
