just returned from a short trip to CP,

much fewer tourists/ gunners compared to end 2013, quite a few shops posted big banners " closing down sale", surviving ones laments "where r the Singapore & Malaysia customers"?
Acc to a tour agency, one KTV had started operating flower street, ( they require us to prove we r foreigners) , with 50--80 to choose from, price had gone up, 4-9-14.
no more checking of guests rooms I gather..
" room delivery" rates similar to past, one quoted Y200,( no photos) , another which provide we chat photos cost Y300, both R short hire rates.

On a serious note many have diverted to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia temporarily. :)

I have gone to cp a few times after Feb.

My conclusion is this: If I am going to spend monies on experience no better than I can get in Singapore, go elsewhere.

We are going to cheong HCM next week, shall update in that thread.:p

Just came back to Sillypore from CP ... even big companies like Burger King has close down, Bolton has downsized, hotels like the one across Lion Hotel also bite the dust. The crowd in CP is definitely gone, but Taiwanese seems to be back ..... through lease hold (Bao the girl monthly) and Hong Kong older folks seem to be going to CP (staying in CP hotels) on tour packages.

Luckily I have my regular mummy to supply me with cheap, reliable chicks (they would not play tricks). First night the mummy brought the girls to the restaurant for us but one of my brothers did not like theirs so he paid her 100rmb for her troubles (make up, hair do and transport) ... after which he selected another one.

Second night we selected our girls via mummy wechat photos and all of us also had a good time (first dinner then Family KTV and finally bedroom)

Third night went through same selection via wechat photos (dinner at roast chicken place ... was a lot quieter and without needing to queue, then we went to massage at bai hua, drinks and chit chat at local café before bed session)

Last night we went to mayflower but was totally messed up. The manager brought the girls in were all PORK CHOPS (and only 40 of them ..we were there early also) and very very ex... inflated prices. Luckily we are leaving CP early in the morning so we did not call any of the girls and decided go to the hall and pay min. charges and call a early night.

Thanks for the FR. Can you elaborate how much do you mean by cheap? How much is the overnight fee. This will be good reference for others as the pricing now seems to be all over the place.

Cheap meaning not overcharging prices

Different categories
1. 300, 800, 1200
2. 400, 1000, 1500
3. 500, 1500, 2000

If possible u need to let mummy know a few days ahead before booking because some of her girls are not working girls anymore .... they are working in factories in GZ or SZ thus need time to take leave from factory and travel to CP to meet us. Others are in CP but might be pre-booked by other customers already. So book early to prevent disappointment.

The way I understand it, most mommies now dip into a sort of common pool of talent and generally charge around 100 above the girls previous Ktv rates.

What one has to be aware of are those agents who adds on his hefty fees on top of the mommy rate. Also, quite a few previous bbs gals are now being marketed at these new Ktv rates.

It's a total mess here - and IMHO, Chang Ping is getting to be too complicated to still be enjoyable

Just had lunch with a couple of buddies, we used to go CP long long time ago, was reminiscing about the good old days of CP when it was 2, 5, 8.

Lazy to write long FR already. Anyway reporting live in CP now. Been staying here since last Thurs. No GA checking hotel rooms so far... party every night at either Cali red or 18. Think tonight most likely Cali red. When I'm back SG then continue my FR for day 3 onwards: )

Have been leeching on you guys for too long. Time to contribute. Just came back from CP last week. I would say it's pretty gone. Unless you guys dare to take risk. Gong An doing routine check on KTV every night.

Was in CP about a week ago as well. Not worth the risk for me :( Like the bro above said, too many checks conducted, tried calling a few agents but seems like the dun operate in CP liao.....

Stopped checking hotel rooms for some time already.

As for KTV this is what I can share from personal experience. A lot of time you hear people get hauled back aka up lorry to police station is mainly due to 3 reasons. Refuse to cooperate or stay low profile (create trouble) and talk yaya (attitude problem) especially Singaporeans/Malaysians. Want to talk tough make sure your wallet stand by more RMB first. :D

Police watch out for rowdiness (suspect drug taking) gambling and humsup activities inside KTV rooms. This past 1 month police usually just take a peek the KTV rooms and even if come inside there's nothing to worry as we don't do drugs, gambling and humsup activities. Sit some distance away from your girl. You've all the time for that in hotel room! :p

If you've a large group, break up into several small KTV rooms. Don't still think like last time Dongguan Hotel bosses can one hand cover the whole sky hor! Today's CCTV news announced Beijing Zoo deputy director charged for corruption. :D

I had run in with GA a few times in DG myself, and everytime they conduct themselves professionally and nothing bad happened eventually .... just be polite and cooperate fully with them .....

Was in CA and CP from 8 AUG to 17 AUG.

CP - general observation

Zhong Yuan Jie street is quiet and with lots of shops changing hands. Even Burger King is gone and replace by a clothing shop which is still under Reno.

Lucky hotel footie under Reno and will open for business soon enough.

Still see BBS mummy in street with eagle eye focusing on non local for business.

All hotels on offer and I paid 240RMB for a deluxe room in Virgin Hotel via agent.

Go for the food there in 百花广场，not to bad.

A footie behind Lucky Hotel, 珍珠岛，something like that. I requested my little brother to be massage. She do it secretly with my bermuda on unlike before Yanda I took out my pants. They might do it knowing you are not a local.
It depends on individual luck.

Since I know I am goin for a massage, I wear Bermuda without wearing underwear inside, hee, hee......

CA - general observation

As per normal, most of the footie is gone and demolished.
Visited some other footie joints where the girls from the above have moved and joined.
Manage to get dick massage with my Bermuda pull down for easy access from those girls I know previously.

Girls will stay for short term and only day time. Most girls will not stay for the night.

Visted place of interest in Shenzhen (世界之窗，大峡谷，锦绣中华）during this trip with a companion I know for 6 years.

Was staying in Babylon Hotel @ 420RMB per night. Very nice hotel.

That is my simple personal trip report.

PS - I still can have fun and relax and even thou I do not go KTV regardless in CP or CA.

Is more of how you plan your trip beforehand.
