For first time visits, the address they give are usually not the actual address, but somewhere near, so it would be better to be on foot to navigate. I kenna before once when I arrive at the address the ml gave me, saw the main gate open, so I happily drove in and waited for further instruction. Later the ml called and told me to go to another location (just next door), sianzz. To be honest the guard there is nowhere near as intrusive as Aini one cos that one cannot siam at all u will walk past them.
This one the guard is far away at the drivers gate side (left) while the pedestrian gate is on the right. So for a guard to approach you you have to look either super suspicious, or the guard has to shout at you from like 10-15m away.
But of course this is not going to be as fuss free as condos with no guards.
