I think you are referring to PENUIN area, and there is PENIUN HOTEL or LOVINA, OR ASTRO hotel nearby. Top 100 is opposite the road. This Kopitiam is good for makan.

A2 is nearby too, the former A1 stores move in there liao. Can be very crowded at night.

The massage there should be clean, havent gotten any special there yet. There are more massage in that area too, sari massage, universal, all clean.

What your budget? Newton hotel is ard $50. I believe there are cheaper hotel. Just go through the tread and u will find the hotel pricing by some guys.

Tried before. Massage was good and weekend quite pack.
