Hi, how much does it cost to renovate a new house with two rooms outside at tay ninh. the walls, floor and kitchen were renovated. my wife says it costs S$10k to do it. is this true?

nope. my wife went back to buy a new 2 room house for her parents at tay ninh for more than S$10k. then she says renovation for the floor, walls and kitchen costs S$10k.

i wonder if its true.

U dun believe yur wife or u dun believe the contractors?
If its the 1st, then something wrong btwn u n yur wife.
If its the later, then ask yur to ask a few more contractors, i think yur wife kenna chop carrort head roi.

Another scenario could be yr wife's relative or friend "recommend" the contractor. Vietnamese are famous for getting "commission" for this sort of recommendations.

It could also be that yr wife is not renovating the kitchen. Instead she wants to re-build the whole kitchen after knocking down the old one. Vietnamese use the word "renovate" to mean different things. So u should check clearly what she means. Tay Ninh house is different from HCM. It's the countryside style.

countryside 200 mil can make nice nice bunglow roi .

that around 13k... just renovate wont cost that much .. one of my bx say want to build 2 more room with aircon for me when i reach , ask for 5k will do and i talking about brick.. not those metal wall nor stick ~
