I walked by these places a few times to get a real massage at Happiness. Aren't some places hire ladyboys? Some look like them. As for Happiness, I have no idea if they offer off-menu services.

can try ASOK Healthland massage... 600 baht for 2hrs thai massage... pretty solid & i think is good... :o:o

hi bros, abit noob here, i going bkk for the 2nd time, there is a difference between 23 Sukhumvit road and 23 Soi Sukhumvit am i right? so if i use googled map is 23 Soi for those massage parlours?

Yes there is a difference. Soi 23 is the street most people are talking about. 23 XXXX Road is more like a unit.

Anyway, I'd give Soi 23 parlours near Happiness a miss. Massage is not impressive. Unless you spot a lady that you like sitting outside and negotiate the "upstairs" price well before starting the session, then that could turn out nice for you.

clean massage i usually go to Healthland spa, got quite a few branches, choose the one nearest and most convenient for you.

Asok Healthland Spa quite ok.. went a few times there... the masseuse quite solid... muscle quite relax after that.... :):)
