Brother, its safer than no condom. You seem like the type that uses a lot of commercial sex so try not to use the "house" brand and bring your own. Also, its not 100 percent safe. Remove carefully etc. Also, skin to skin contact can also get you STDs.

Brother, regarding #2, if saliva get on the base of your dong an you have a razor cut then that could portend to exchange of fluids. Also, skin to skin contact ie her mouth to your dick base skin could portend to herpes. Basically would be mouth to dick transfer or dick to mouth transfer from you. Yes. Sometimes a small cut on our body could contact with the cum/blood. Then you will be infect with the STD.

Just practice safe sex. It will reduce your chance of getting STD. But if you are unlucky, your condom breaks. You also die lol.

these kind of things its hard to qunatify the risk. the best we can do is to practise safe sex eg bj wif cd on. but if rly kana herpes thru skin contact also unlucky one mah. it could even happen when making love wif ur fb/gf/spouse, esp if they are unfaithful to u.

Bro, while that is a possibility, the chances are very low. If you are the type to consider things like this, you should avoid all forms of sex, and lock yourself in a padded room to be protected from all sorts of unlikely accidents that can happen on a day to day basis. Even a padded room can collapse though.

To tell you the truth, the answer is NO.

I ever had sex donkey years ago in Thailand & everything was done with condom. Came back & feel very itchy below so I went for a checkup & kena some related STDs ( crabs ) but it's cured now.

So nothing is safe unless you don't practise commercial sex.

Since that happening, I still go for sex, never worry & bother about going for a checkup.

Life is short, just enjoy while you can.
