Cheong when I was young but stopped once I had a family. Sex life stopped once my wife had menopause.

Perhaps you need to see an urologist as your testosterone maybe low and a bloodtest can confirm.

I am 60 and has been receiving Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) every 3 months and my dick is rock solid when comes to performance.

The usual regular exercise, look after your diet and managing stress are a must, but I feel many of us forgot our personal grooming department. We r into our 50s but must we look like our age or in some cases even higher😓. Not advocating being not what we r but good grooming to enhanced our appearance.

I think this is important as with these confidence your engagement with the opposite sex from all walks will b more enjoyable.
