On my previous trip.... the hotel reception called my room when they saw me returned alone and asked if I wanted company for the night. :D

Dun worry about finding chicks.... they will find you :)
In fact the problem is how to decline or reject them when you just want to have some alone time by yourself.

Damned. They really did that if you are there alone?? My last time there in Bali was 17 years ago in 1995. Was still very green then about cheonging oversea and having just ord'ed, wasn't exactly very loaded to be exploring also.

Maybe it's the resort that I was at that contributed to my lack of action. Was staying in Club Med and was "lucky" to have the chalet to myself. Didn't get any hint from the staff there about working girls at all. But, was lucky too, to get to know a group of Taiwanese who is there on company trip and had a blast with them, especially the belle of the group. Else, I would have to depend on Ms Ladyfingers ... :p

I think it all depends on which hotel you are staying at. The hotels in the happening areas will find it strange for a man to come back alone :)
