Hearsay from Colleagues
 

Hi guys and ladies, this post ain't a sexual one BUT an actual hearing just an hour or so ago.
Just curious and really wanna check how the Casinos do their checks on a foreigner entering.
I just ended work for the day and just before I left office, I was hearing a senior of mine bragging to another 2 abt his foreign dual passport and how he goes playing on weekends and even for the coming chinese new year. Is it possible to be stealthily holding dual passports and act all foreigner to gain free access to our own local casinos?

As far as i know ,dual citizenship is not allowed in Singapore. Your colleague probably got the foreign passport from some illegal source.

Singaporeans cannot hold duo passport. Ask your friend don’t trumpet. NPNT. No passport no talk.

And why do u want to go to such extend just to siam paying the levy? Got money gamble no money pay levy?

even if it is true, i hope your colleague strike jackpot and cannot take the winnings because of this dual passport... i will clap for him

Apparently, I have seen him take out his double passports at the door of the office when I turned to see as I was leaving office(i think its an aussie pp and sg pp... that's why I say he was bragging... he din care that his voice was loud enough for the whole dept to hear - and yes he is not a drama mama... most time with evidence of his prideful brags ... sadly) me and 3 other junior managers can't hold a stick to him....
Needless to say our periodic review periods as well because he is kind of like the Director's pet....
Since now i know its illegal... (things don't need to screw up for him at work to get "slackened" behind...heh heh)

ur colleague sounds like a dickhead. U shld encourage him to visit the casino more n make full use of his free entry. Sooner or later he will come borrow $ from u.

Hey all. Yup good info to note.
But on logical hindsight, I think if that's the loophole of entering because of dual citizenship; it should be the casino's mgmt in this issue.
I am not afraid he would be reading this... I am not even someone he bothers cares or think exists cos i am way below in grade despite the rank... AND his favour of side by the director... yes he IS a grade A asshole kind of jerk...
Thank you all for the good to knows... Will see how and when I can "deal" him a good hand so he will shut up or stump his luck with the director
