I believe some Hotel81s/Fragrance hotels (neighbourhood areas) charge $30 for the first 2 hours while other Hotels81s and Fragrance hotels (city areas) charge $40 for the first 2 hours. Do correct me if I'm wrong as I haven't been to one in a long while.

Bro is right. Fragrance in Balestier charge $30-40 for 2hours. Room condition is pretty ok too.
