the taxi fare should be about 220k-250k depending on which area...there will be some traffic at 8am...if ur flight back is 9pm then its better that u leave for the airport at 6.30pm.
i presume that u will be staying at Phu My Hung,there are some massage shops that provide extras of hj,bj,fj...exact price i dunno,u got to check it out urself.
