Are u referring to the hotel rm rate? Currently having soft opening promo. I don't know the rate coz I hate TEH area....really a slump! Don't think the ktv is grand enough to command higher premium. Btw, the new 'mayflower ' -aka the new taoyan is readied and is awaiting licensing issues to be sorted out before thier opening. This should be interesting ....is cp going to say sayonara to 300 sitting fees?
