my review in my own standard for this Capital Club (资本会) aka 冠城酒店..
Cleanliness: 8/10 (overview cleanliness can be seen from the pictures.. but definitely got a bit dust/dirt/stain here and there where you do not see unless you stay there..)
Decor: 9/10 (as shown)
Comfort: 7/10 (pillows way too soft)
Location: 8/10 (中元街, 常平广场.. very accessible for food and shopping.. right beside the hotel got laundry service for those who travel light..)
The main negativities about this hotel are:
1. Not enough power points in the room. In fact I only have 2! One near the study desk, another near the entrance there.
2. The lobby is not at the ground level, it is at level 4. And there is only one lift to get up there.
3. No windows. Not ideal for non-smokers. Cos smokers sure smoke in the room and the smell will stay for a long while.
