There has been no 'Hong Kong embassy' or 'consulate' since 1997.
Please refer to the Embassy of the
People's Republic of China in Hanoi or the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Ho Chi Minh City. The Consulate is at Hai Ba Trung Q1.
