Right next to Pegasus.
In fact I went to Pegasus, choose my gal and she asked me to go to S23 because it was more happening at that moment.
About 20 gals inside, some of them sitting with mainly customers from China. Most of them sitting alone and chatting amongst themselves. "My" gal, mid-twenties from BKK, sat with me for about two hours. No (horny) action from her side but only talking, talking and talking. Seemed she wanted to know everything about me. Ordered a few drinks, bill ended up at about 3000Bht. Tipped the gal 1000Bht and off I went.
