It's the same building as Top Party KTV (the clean KTV), and near Lucky Hotel. The name of the Building is Changping Guangchang and most taxi drivers know it.
I call it Capital Club because the name of the organization that owns the section of the building is called Zi Ben Hui (Capital Club), and the name of the hotel itself is Guancheng Hotel.
Their phone number is 82804888 (if you using China Number). You can also book via Gofly. It's 298/night for VIP room (318 on weekend). Don't stay in other type of room, it's not worth it. And always ask for window if you can't stand no window.

Ya...the other rooms are quite bad. Also bear in mind that this place is a motel kinda of place. No big lobby or nice decor. But location is very good if u like to walk around the shopping area.
