For me if talking about value, VND600,000 for ST should be perfect but with the hyper inflation in Vietnam I know costs have gone up a lot.

Although the Bangkok one costs S$10 more but the CPF (Cost Per Fuck) is only S$29.165 as compared to the Ho Chi Minh one at S$48.48.
In conclusion I feel Ho Chi Minh is really value for money 4 years ago when compared with Bangkok.
Now it's either on par or even more expensive than Bangkok.
