But I would not do it la. Cash is king and renting is cheap in Thailand. You can stay in a hotel for under 20kB a month with all the services like power , water and maid service so why buy and go thru all the hassle and uncertainty?
Anyway my last trip I looked at one condo price ; maybe I kena the wrong one , same prices for same sized HDB flat in Sg. Off course this one is condo and right across the beach at Jomtien but still there are better ways to park your money. |
I lived here many years but still rent. I not cheap charlie..more like Frugal Freddy. My room cost 6000 baht per month.Add 1000 baht for electricity and water depends on how much you use aircon. I use the laundry machine near my room for 40 baht per wash. Wifi is free and so is parking. Have my own gazebo outside my room. No swimming pool but I dont like swimming in a pool anyway.
Simply..I do not buy because I am still not sure I want to be permanent here.
