IMHO Wongamat is full of Russkies. Jomtien & Pratamnak is full of British lager louts & Euro-thrash! 555+ just joking...

Some properties along Sukhumvit Road offers better value. Pattaya some places now a bit over priced and a glut might be forming when all projects TOP within the next 2 years. Again depends what you want to do with your property and how long u wanna hold.

Besides the fact you cannot own land, which is same for most countries, you need to take note of the 51% foreigner quota for each project. Baht expected to weaken further as the protests drags on. So as they say "good bang for your bahts" now! If you interested in Thai property drop me a PM!
