In Phnom Penh, when Burger King started its 1st store in airport....the local drove all the way to airport just for Burger King.... Now they opened another in city, every meals full house.... U can see hundreds queuing up.
Cannot blame these ppl. We had Mc, BK donkey years ago, we find them nothing special but to Viet or Khmer, these all new....
Given a choice I will rather eat proper local food than these junk food.
These countries are falling behind SG by yrs, maybe 10 yrs..... They are so excited that Hard Rock Cafe is opening in Cambodia... to us, HRC is antique...
