I count raids as places where arrests were made. I understand that there are GA that are checking rooms in hotels too to take down particulars, but nothing like a true raid whereby they get a battering ram and start hitting open doors etc.
KTV are closed because they know if they remain open they will kena raid because they show GA no up.

LPPL PZL closed biz a few days for memory of raids in huangjiang ? Or they worry they open GA will raid or u guess the no biz cut cross so close? Or GA ordered PZL to close ...
