Outside of Dongguan still have KTVs available but cannot be too fussy.
Even if some Dongguan KTVs manage to open within these 3 months they may not have hostesses available.
After re-opening KTV flower street and hostess in sexy outfits will only be in the history books.
Alternatives outside of China are Bangkok, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh, Phnom Penh, Vientiane, etc.
