I think not worth to risk during tis period, even If U register yr gal, U knw e gal very well..if the GA knw U ar 外国人 (from records in Htl). They will either make it trouble for U...mayB hoping U can give some Kopi Money...
They may take it as an opportunity, if they can't really catch U ..at least get something from U.
If worse, they bring U back 公安局 then ask U & yr Gal to sit there waiting among a group of hundreds (checking & interviewing each person for 1/2 hr...U can be there for days)
