IMHO all these places opening up for one day do so merely to give false hope to the girls that things are returning to normal.

Managers and mommies ( also mere pawns in this game - I mean, what do they REALLY know?!) then call their girls back from the villages and will of course also try convince those who had returned to ChangPing to not give up and to stay.

And oh, of course they then will try to drum up business by contacting their own customers. This being so, best if mommies' misguided clarion calls be taken with a large grain of salt.
