) but what crime rates have increased?
In fact I've to boldly say crime rates in Changping have gone down!
In so many years I've never seen Changping so "clean" and civilise before like now.
Syndicates and Mafia are all keeping low profile.
In order to have high crime rates there must be a lot of human traffic and vice activities.
The most common crimes in Changping are snatch and pickpocket theft.
Just walk around Changping and see how many foreigner targets you can find with gold chains around their necks.
Extortion cases in hotel rooms is just courting death because there're undercover and patrol police stationed in popular hotels.
Crimes of passion, commercial and emotional scams I cannot say for sure.
