Big Boss n many bros may not agree w/ my controversial view that a legal marriage is strictly a commercial transaction. But I stand by it.
You know what I believe a man must do to get 'true lasting love' from any woman hahaha.
Of course, the same 12 golden rules apply equally to selecting a LT mistress. But I'm much less stringent in applying these rules w/ a potential mistress because she poses no financial threat if the RS fails. A mistress has zero legal rights hahaha. Keeping a LT mistress gives me all the advantages but much fewer disadvantages of a legal marriage. I can hv kids w/ my mistress too if n when I want. It's a less risky commercial transaction...and much cheaper too, IMHO. I can terminate a 'contract' w/ any mistress anytime w/ no legal n financial consequences.
