Just back from CP yesterday and here's the field intel gathered from 5 days of scouting:
CP is basically dead with some pockets of activities still going on. Learn from a very reliable source (ok it's someone involved in coordinating the crackdown) that relaxation is expected on 18 May if no new instructions received. But expect that only about half of the former joints will be given approval to reopen. Condition is activities to be on controlled basis and no flower street or wild parties or HD possible. The new "chief" is expected to arrive beginning of May. [The fun CP days are gone for good but hope is there as "approval" has also been given to open up cities further up north to pacify followers of someone big who was removed not too long ago. Guess where?

Crackdown and inspections are still ongoing in all 3/4-star hotels and of course the main targets connected to the Prince group of cronies. Only a couple of hotels are spared inspection or monitoring and girls are allowed to stay overnight and move freely. Just figured out which ones - foreigner friendly with angmohs staying and barely any reduction in price. I paid RMB498 but nice room with a big bath tub.
For KTV action, the girls and mummy from Yihao and a few others have relocated to a couple of KTVs in Huizhou and Danshui about 50 minutes away from CP. No flower street but most of the the girls are there and brought to the room for selection. Prices are high though 4/5, 12/15, 18/20. O/N depends on where you stay and whether the girls feel safe with you. If you really desperate ZMT still has limited action but pick up the girls from the mummies in the backstreet there and bring her up to the KTV yourself.
Don't PM for contacts or anything - just find your old mummies from before and they will lead you to the rally points in HZ and DS.
