yes I'd do the Maybank ATM... though you need to be sure to check ur withdrawal limit... I had trouble taking more than 10k peso the last time...
only problem with using the Maybank ATM, is the only one I know of was on MacArthur highway so is a bit of a walk...
not sure of the charges if you use a non Maybank ATM
(Maybank ATMs have no other charges)
