Celebrations or not for the 18th May remains to be seen. A lot of people are saying that joints are opening from 14th/15th onwards. But having said that, even if the joints are open, if you are a mummy, would you go to work on the first day or even first week? Would the mms go to work? Many would adapt a wait and see attitude.

For the authorities, checks will be conducted in the beginning to ensure that KTVs follow the rules and regulations.

So, sorry to say that even if the KTVs do open on the 18th, in my opinion, you will not see even 10% of the mms working. That being the case, why not head over to Huizhou, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan or Zhongshan for ktv?

Heard there's going to be major changes in how the KTVs operates. For some KTVs, there will be no mummies. MMs will be working as 'DJs' and will be under direct control of the zone managers or directors.

Of course, all the above is only hearsay. What's actually happening remains to be seen.
