That's funny ... But not all that uncommon actually. These guys from more developed countries thinks that places like hcm, Chang Ping etc are dirt cheap.
But then again, what's worse are these zeroes to heroes: total zeroes in their home country, lacking of any "game" or even financial wherewithal but then thinking AND acting like they're hot shit when out of country.
