You are right, I did get a PM from someone and also got Zapped for posting the questions.
Got zapped 6 points, stating that I am lazy and stupid and not reading the thread ask me to request senior for help as claim by the unnamed zapper
It is not true, I did read but did not find any agent as what you also reply that there is none also.

Have not been to HCM before so is best to do some ground work first especially I foresee some language problem.
