According to my pooying this hotline number should be known to all locals and persons resident in Thailand as the army has been highlighting this number in their propaganda broadcasts in the media during the curfew and initial stages of the coup... unless you dun watch TV or radio during that period.... as my pooying is a student at Thammasart U she was given the number by the school authorities.
