1) PuPuGao is not as good as YueHai (also along LianHua Lu). To book hotel, you can contact sam_tsai at hotmail.com. He is a taiwanese (name is Xiao Cai) and he will normally give you good recommendation.
2) Almost all 3-stars and above hotels in ZH have sauna, there is also one in YueHai.... they usually offer whatever you desire... meaning full package. However, it is usually hard (sometimes depends on luck) to find pretty ones although all of them should be good in service.
3) You are right, KTVs might be a bit ex for lone ranger
4) LianHua Lu FLs are another option. But you have to be careful. No need to ask how to find them. When you get to LianHua Lu, they will find you.

6) Frankly, all the above info can be found in this thread. I today hands itchy, post for the first time, also perhaps I don't wish to see someone being flamed. You might wish to browse through (really browse) through this thread... or you might "gunna" from the bros here.... just an advice.
