Well, i just shared my experience here, believe it or not, it is up to you to decide. Better than the one just like to ask question, like to condemn but rarely contribute.
Btw, i never trust the local's photo uploaded by any OKT. You google it then easily know the source of the photo. In fact, they will never put the real one for local, common sense what. They will only put similar or close look photo as reference. Based on my experiences, the best is only 65-80% similar.
