So far i always buy from the Vinaphone counter outside HCM airport. They have cutter and cut for me becoz my phone require micro sim. No need to bring own cutter.
I subscribe 2GB data 1 month ago but if i rem correct is less than 200K. Unless you are using more than that.
The Vinaphone counter lady can speak english and can help explain and subscribe data plan for benefit of bros who do not understand tieng viet like me
