Agreed, some vnese need to be slapped but to a certain extend. I had tested on some vb not slapping but telling (Shouting) them off in public area. Once, I feel like wanted to hit one vb, in the end, the vb say sorry and become would say she love you u more.

Government Hospital in Vn CMI unless you go to Private Hospital. Most of the Government Hospital doctors I find them do not qualify to be a doctor. Once, a vb had sorethroat and her throat got a inflammation. The doctor told her she need a operation. I ask the vb to go a better hospital and the doctor diagnose she is suffering from Chicken pox only.
