Silly as it sounds, I miss speaking English because everyone talks to me in Chinese here. So going to CP KTVs was heartwarming for me to chat with fellow Singaporeans in a jovial TCSS mood.
I only starting cheonging KTV 2 years ago and I made new Singaporean friends and american born Chinese, a couple of them became very close friends.
I understand there are risks involved, misunderstandings or whatever to cheong with new people, but I enjoy that .n

Refreshing to hear that there are still guys like you who just enjoy meeting and partying with new friends. I truly hope that you will keep on doing just this and not get disillusioned.
I USED to be like that.... for quite a while actually.... until problems started cropping up and then kept on happening with increasing frequency. I can tell you stories!! LOL.
Just make sure that you not only NOT lose money, but more importantly, make sure you do NOT get involved/be inadvertently snared in scams that others pulls on YOUR friend, using your name/reputation etc. Yup!! Sigh...!
But mind you though, I HAVE also met and made great friendship with quite a few guys via the internet in the past, so....!
