i'v taken a different strategy altogether. I moved out of Legend Hotel and moved into my girl's apartment. from now onwards, i won't be staying in hotels in Danshui anymore
on the other hand, my canadian bro found a hotel he liked very much along 星河东路，which has nice decor , relatively new, he thinks it's more comfortable than legend hotel, does not have a KTV attached so he feels safer there, plus a lot of MMS from Legend goes to the eateries nearby to have supper, so it seems like an ideal alternative to Legend Hotel for staying.
Better not mention the name of this hotel here openly to avoid raising its profile unnecessarily.
