This is the standard fare (they also pay the parking entrance). Bargaining to get 10k discount makes no sense to me, when I plan to spend more than 1M for the cewek, dinner, entertainment, and I think the driver has a family to sustain.

First mistake. I wrote repeatedly here: don't go to the first you see. Pass one block, go to Jalan in front of Nagoya Hill, walk left, ask in many, you'll get the best rates at the last ones (not surprisingly). 5%-10% better rates can be obtained.
