Things can change in a instant.
I doubt chineses and Taiwanese will be buying so soon. Hence can still wait a while to enter.
Saw a small house recently. It cost Vnd1b or SGD60,700. It remind me of the 70s and 80s in Singapore where a terrace cost $27,000. And yet no one interested to buy, as people rather party in bar or play at bugis or Johor Road and waste all those hard earn money on hookers and ladyboys.
Vietnam properties prices in the fringe of HCM can go up 2-3 folds. Land can go up 10 folds or more.
Right now the whole Vietnam is suffering for extreme deflation. Guess the properties prices may stay low for another 1-2 years.
