Am i infected with STD?

dunno izzit i'm being paranoid but i find that my genitals a bit itchy but the itch will subdise after scratch a bit, meaning it's those normal itch not those persistent itch...
on thurs then i realized that there's some white bumps at my scrotum...
the bumps looks like from those hair follicles(those where ur pubic hair grow frm) and they are spread out evenly neatly
on friday,i realized that those white bumps are still around and in the night, it has "spread" to my penis shaft
today, i found that there are small yellowish blisters in on my penis shaft when i pull down my foreskin(these are not presents until today)
the thing is that there is no persistent itch and no burning sensation when urinating or yellowish discharge etc
intend to go down to DSC on monday morning to give a check as they not open on wkends (@#!@!@*!@$!()(%*!@$!)
wat do u guys say on these?
