Hmm...i wonder if its common to tip the Papi or Mami? I use to test-tip one or two of the Papi/Mami 50k and what i notice they do is they didnt pocket it but add the tip to the booking girl amount and pay to the joint counter. From then on,i find that tipping the papi/mami is pretty much not very necessary unless there are "special request" or special service (eg,if i am eyeing the mami),hehehe....
Then i do notice one of my friend who are regular to New Berlian tip the mami everytime he book from the joint.

From experience,most Batam girls dont like to bj nor bbbj. I will usually stop them from doing bj or bbbj if i find they are not happy and willing to do so. And with some "tactical TLC",i often gets lots BBBJ thereafter (after my round 1 w/o bbbj). Depending on the types of girl,eg MILF and SYT,plays a role in the amount of foreplay too. Most milf has more foreplay tho. SYT may need some coaxing.

Not very sure on the amount spend for JB versus Batam,but according to my ex boss,its pretty much the same if you stayed overnight and also depends on which hotel too. I think i ever see,Lego Land package tour 2D1N in one of the JB hotel for 2 pax costing about S$200< or so? Exclude transport there,but include breakfast (thats like a year+ ago).
I usually spend about S$250< in Batam for 2D1N if its just booking girl,massage,hotel room and ferry. (before subsidies)
