taxi driver will aways scam us. It is like their right to do so. But what is our option, say to stop the cab and walk away from the charade or let him just chalk up a few more dollar? Transport in a foreign soil means going from point A to B in the safest and least costly way. If it means losing a few bucks, I say it is ok.
