1030 is still early for Apocalypse. Maybe you should have stay longer or go there maybe 12am.
Managed to hook up one Whisky promoter last time. Me and one friend went in, ordered one bottle of Whisky, I think about USD100+, at that time x-change rate is about SGD1~VND10,000 or lower I think.
Then the promoter asked where we stay and room number.
She went to my friend room after work as I got one hook on.
