No leh bro. My wife of 3 yrs nipple still same. Breast deflate a bit lol. What i know is, if pregnancy has passed a certain mth. Like 2nd trimester. N the breast starts leaking milk. Even after stopping breast feeding. U can very easily suck out liquid. As though the nipple hples have enlarged.
And so far, i havent heard any friends mentioned that their gfs or wives nipples grew lol. Except when turned on.
