Not aware of 2 tiers pricing too but know of bill padding ............ Overcharge LDs, overcharge mixers, trick customer say min order 5 food items etc............
.............Probably the difference between premium foreigner rate and local thai rate goes to the PPS/MMS pocket........ Not to the cashier cashbox...........
