Phuong Trang bus to Da Lat is at De Tham St Pham Ngu Lao D1...only the Southern route Ben Xe Mien Tay is at District Binh Tan...but have free shuttle takes you there from Le Hong Hong D5...I am a happy client for Phuong Trang...they are king of the roads...
