HCM is not just District 1. Go to outer districts. Binh Thanh district. District 6, 8. Go Vap, Thu Duc. So many places other than the tourist area. Be daring to explore. Head to Dam Sen water park. Opposite the main gate is a row of cap he om. District 1 is only good for changing money.
