The Clark air port ILS hit by lightning and is Inop.
all.instrument flights cancelled till further notice, i.e night / evening / rainy weather flights, full Cat 2 / 3 restoration date unknown
Curious to know how it happened unless they never maintain the Lightning dampers / missed regular resistance checks
Anyway it's a regular day in Philippines...
